Do you shoot outdoor only?
I do photograph outdoors mainly. I have sessions that can be done in a studio for an added cost.
Will there be washrooms at the outdoor locations??
Most of the locations I photograph at have access to a washroom. If it does not, you will be notified.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
On occasion I will have the ability to extend your session for an added cost. There are no grantees I will be able to do so. It is recommended to book the extra time when booking your session to avoid any disappointment.
What if my children are struggling during a session?
Let's face it, children aren't always ready for the spotlight. I have worked with children and special needs children for more than 20 years and 15 of them inside a school so I am confident we will get through. I will do my absolute best to help everything run smoothly and if I feel the children are too upset I can offer an alternative resolution. This will be up to the photographer to offer and give details at that time.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No you do not have to order prints through me but I do not grantee the quality from other printers. I use a local business that prints professionally.
Do I have to pay for my session upon booking?
Yes! This will secure your date and time of your session. This will grantee that no one else can book me during this time.
What happens if it rains?
Good old Canada and its rain. I ask you to be flexible on the day of your scheduled shoot. I usually confirm the time either the night before or the morning of, based on the weather. I am consistently watching the forecast and will communicate with you directly every step of the way.
